165 - yeah yeah, like I said, I’ll give it a shot one of these days, but I think the things that help you stand out in physique (pretty lines, good abs, arms) aren’t really things I sport very well. but as I grow some more and lean down to very lean levels, we shall see! I 100% wanna compete in SOMETHING in the next couple years, so this might be it.
What do you mean so much front delt work? The only front delt isolation move was the front raises… everything else was for different heads of ze delt.

SSC - check out the videos of CT and Prof X. They do pretty much exactly what I was doing (that second tri-set). I would like some big, round delts as well… hittin’ them mofos hard!

Current goals are to maintain leanness aka spin my wheels and not let my pressing get any stronger. I do feel I’m growing a tad into this weight, if that makes any sense. I have some, aherm, special plans for my next gaining phase which will likely be on hold until I secure fulltime employment and move (if I’m going to move), etc etc. Also prior to -that-, I’m going to do a 6 week mini cut to get as lean as reasonably possible so my insulin sensitivity is good before starting that next phase. THEN IT WILL BE FUCKING GO TIME. yaheard?
