Had a pretty huge, dirty refeed. Enjoyed it though. Today I was craving carbs big time, and had trouble scarfing down my regular tuna. Bought some pre-packaged salmon from Trader Joes to replace that tomorrow, hoping that’ll be a bit yummier.
Not sure what my weight was pre-refeed, but today at the gym I was 207.5, which is pretty nuts. Last week post-refeed, I was 214.5, which was up about 5lbs above my baseline weight. So I’m probably getting back down under 205 in the next couple days. So small. ![]()
Today’s session was kinda weird. I was having a hard time getting into it, but by the 4th movement I felt pretty good, and am happy with how things went.

Good pump, but was a lil nauseous. Kept the whole thing short and sweet. No basketball tomorrow. Resting up.
I will say that I’m pretty happy with how I’m looking. 1 to 3 days after refeeding and in absence of carbs, I look like shit usually (see comments last week for reference), but I’m already looking decently tight, even most workout when I’m all waterlogged. Excited for what the next 10 days hold.

Good i dropped about 9lbs in 8 days. Only one small larger cal day in there. Now i am finishing day 10. Day 10 and 9 are a transition out of RFL and into full on gain mode again. Will be doing CBL because i love it. Tomorrow is my bday and i will be eating no less than 7000cal. Last two days have been 2000ish and before that only one day over 1500 so this will be much needed. Restarted my strength phase so should be good.

I was practically falling asleep / about to faint. Just no energy today. Got in some food and I feel a little better, but I just need to rest. Will prob eat some carbs tomorrow night which will be amazin.
