This is happened because you’ve cut out carbs, and judging by your pics, you have, at this point, probably ran out of body fat.

Your body had no choice but to eat your legs.
People have a limit on how much aesthetics they can posses, and how hard people are 'mirin them. Zyzz learned this the hard way. Please don’t have a similar fate.

Tentative plan is as follows: attempt to get through the work day tomorrow without killing anyone or eating anyone’s limbs, get off early (lol), go home and have a feast/“free meal”. Im depleted as fuck.
then I will continue and see how the following 3-6 days go, and if I need another free meal, I will take it. but Im pretty happy with my leanness.

How much sleep you getting every night?
in my experience… with extreme diet and heavy training and srs workdays… there must be sleep.
Actually its more like this:
Srs full+ time job AND srs HARD training is totally possible. To this you can add one of the following
Srs mega eating and not optimum sleep say six yours a night OR
Cutting diet and mega srs sleep (MINIMUM 8 hours with way more on the weekend)
If you’re working, training AND dieting… you must also be sleeping.
I suspect you’re trying to run all four at once (job, train, diet, minimal sleep) its not sustainable.

Great points. I know the RFl ran me down extra. Training volume was down a bit but I never sleep well 5hrs is a good night. Keep it up.
Also i hear human limbs arent that tastey so eating one wouldnt be too fun.
