Your triceps look to have much improved from what I remember seeing in other pics… definitely getting there with the phythons. Very impressed by how far your chest is jumping out in the second photo, some serious chest size there for sure (you can bench the world I guez)

How did your free meal affect you? I am starting day 7 and thinking i would do a small free meal. Down 7lbs so far. Definetly holding water and food in the system right now. Wondering if a larger meal would help clear some of this?
