“Deload” workout, was gonna be deadlifts and stuff but turned into benching with a 500lbs raw bencher, which was cool. Weird day personally, so I was a bit out of it, plus the commute to the gym was a bitch. I have decisions to make. Det did buy me a PWO sandwich and brought me home, which was cool. <3

It was interesting. The balance is funky. I should mention all reps of all bench sets were paused, and with that neutral hand grip, your lats really come into play. It’s interesting. I’d definitely do it again.

Didn’t sleep for shit last night. Variety of reasons. Got up in the middle of the night and cleaned my apartment to relax, lol. Work dragged like a mf’er, and probably will all week. Got a fly haircut after work, and then hit some chest and tris.
I felt good mentally and physically going in, except my hands and forearms have been cramping HARD all day. I tried massaging and whatnot, but no dice. Seriously hampered my performance today, though no worries, cuz I didn’t really care about numbers today. 275 felt heavy on bench though, lol, but that’s prob cuz I couldn’t grip the bar and thought my forearms were gonna rip off. Not even joking, I’m getting a forearm pump typing this. Anywayzzzzzz:
