Godddd, these crosstrainers I have have NEVER been comfortable really ever (F U Underarmor), and mannnn are my feet destroyed. That was really tiring, and I’m not good at basketball at all.

I made one power lay-up, 1 regular jumpshot, and 1 3 pointer, in 3 games. lol.

I’m exhausted. I think this might become a weekly thing.

Anyways, took Wed off for b-ball, yesterday my body was absolutely wrecked. Today I was still in some pain (mostly feet and calves), but I sucked it up for an evening leg workout. Went well, even though I was weak as sin.

Obvi warmed up to get the tightness out.

315 x 3, 3
385 x 3 x 9 – 385 felt heavy as hell for that first triple. So I decided to stick with it and just punish myself with some volume. The subsequent sets got better till I started to fatigue, then they got slow. Was fun.

Leg press - nice
3pps x 10
5pps x 10
6pps x 10, 10
4pps x 15 deadstop. These were rough

Leg extensions
3 x 12, followed by quad stretch.

Lying leg curls - my fav

120 x 10
160 x 8
120 x 15 slowww negative
70 x a bunch

Jefferson squats - yeahhh buddy. These hurt soooo bad at this point. Dixie, you def weren’t doing them “right”, at least from a bb’ing perspective. Work on keeping your torso upright, and slowly go down trying to achieve a maximum stretch. I saw Blackaggar did them as well with up to 275. No way did them this way. Maybe going heavy and sacrificing control has its place, but I feel this exercise is about feel.

Some back extensions w/ hammie/glute stretch, and that was it.

Last night was awesome. Starting to enjoy boston nightlife. I feel like the talent, both M and F, is lesser than what I’m used to, so I stand out more. Like shootin’ fish in a barrel. Drank like a fish lololl.

Sick arm day today. Oh and I did some shoulders at first since I didnt do shoulders this week.

Warmup

Delt triset - seated laterals / front raises / DB press
10s for a lot of each, 2 sets
15s for a lot of each, 2 sets
20s

Rear delt flies
3 sets of 15, 35s.

Olympic barbell curls - wasn’t really getting much of a pump at this point since my shoulders were full of blood until that first work set
65 x 8
85 x 6
105 x 4

135 x 10 - +2 from last week. form was pretty ok
155 x 5 - these were hard and not pretty but w/e.

CGBP - shoulders being pumped made this a lil weaker I think, but felt pretty good.

275 x 3 - this one felt a bit heavier than it should have. Oh well.
305 x 5 - added 10lbs from last week, and lost a rep. Last rep was quite slow. No liftoff. 10lbs and 2 reps more and I will be at my all-time PR so I’ll take it.

Tricep triset - Not quite as good as last week, but still insaneee tricep pump.
Cambered bar pressdowns / EZ PJRs / Bench dips, 4 times through. Tricep stretch

Bicep triset - better exercise selection than last week, but man, I had to keep dropping the weight each round through because I couldnt even get to like 8 reps on the incline curls then the hammers.
EZ drag curls / incline DB curls / rope hammer curls - 4 times through. Bicep stretch

Dat wuz it. woot woot. Deload next week. Womp womp.
