Session started kinda “meh”, but picked up. No amazing numbers today, and I couldn’t get into my benching today, but it’s ok, just more fuel for next week.
After the gym I got some sick news, so I’m feeling ecstatic. My bro landed a really sick internship, and is pretty much set for life now. He took my guidance to get it, so I’m super proud.

Bench press - just felt stiff and jittery, dunno what was going on today.

Flat DB press - incline’s been feeling shitty, so why not give these a go. I always have a hard time kicking flat DB’s up into place, but all felt good today. Prob been close to a year since I’ve done these.

One-armed HS incline press
1 plate x 12 LR, 10 LR, 8 LR (no real rest). Some most muscular posin’ between sets.
Did tris a little differently to mix it up. Didn’t get an insane pump, but I think they’ll be pretty sore.
Overhead v-bar extensions
6 sets I think, up to the stack (150) for 10 reps. Dropped the weight to about 60 and did 15 quick pressdowns to get some more blood in there.
Smith RGBP - Good movement. Will have to regroove these.
