Dixie - glad you liked. And it was 10 total reps. I found the lower body was stressed pretty evenly, but it’s possible I was doing it wrong.

Well since you brought Kai up…

I think this is one of the best bber training videos ever because it shows how methodical and well thought Kai’s training is. He’s the only bber that I’m aware of that does GPP hahaha Everything he does is what S&C coaches preach that athletes should be doing in between workouts or games. Kai takes bber training to a new level.

Those Jefferson Squats may look awkward, but they do help with glute activation and hip health.

Kai is duh man. I couldn’t have been the only one bothered with his lack of spandex though, right? I felt like I had “Kai” right in my face, ugh.

I’m assuming when you’re nearly 300lbs, spandex is one of the few things that probably fit you and won’t rip when you’re training legs. Even at my small size, I’ve ripped a lot of pants and shorts from squatting while training.

Not much to post. Mediocre session was mediocre. I didn’t take a stim just to give myself a break, and that, plus just feeling kinda lethargic and sore/tight, didn’t have a great workout. My right front delt was feeling painfully tight, like even doing light lateral raise warmups with 15’s, I couldn’t really do a full ROM until I’d done 2-3 sets to get blood in. Spent 20 minutes loosening up upper body, which went fine I guess, but everything after pressing was uneventful so I won’t write it.

God. Don’t I feel a dick posting 20 back sets + TRAPZ & ABZ, as well as form notes while you keep it so cool and simple. I do only do it for my own reference though, be a year or two before I have enough internet luv for people to read the crap I write. (if you read this- winning)
