Don’t worry man, you have good traps, I just interpreted something as you weren’t happy w/ them somewhere, probably just made it up in my head. I should probably accept one of these days I’m not gonna reach your size without gaining a ton of strength too… but rather then train PLerstyle I’m just going to opt for seeing where added bodyweight takes me. How did you train when you built your initial size/strength anyhow? Got me wondering

4 or 5 sets.

Hall-hall – ahh boo, thank you! that day was the right combo of great lighting and leanness, so to improve my t-nat E-credz, the pic stays. Bonez def has some 'mazin forearms.
Aggar – ha, they were not strict dude. Form was really good till about halfway through the 50s, then I sat up a lil more into it. 60s were the same way, but since BONEZ was doing them, I obvi was gonna do them. Curling strength doesn’t really matter though… mine has always been good, and my arms still suck so w/e. Probably leverages and tendons and stuff like that.
jskra – ha, thanks dude! they def have come along nicely over the years without too much stress. yours don’t look too bad either. big delts look awesome (I mean like monster cannon balls).

Deadlifts – liking the way they are improving each week. First work set was a little slower than I wanted, but each one got easier and easier. Awesome.

455 x 3 x 3 – like I said, last one was the easiest. 2 weeks ago I did 405 x 3x3 and it was a similar level of difficulty.
Pullups – these have been feeling great after deadlifts. Consciously flaring lats while going up and down.
BW x 12, 10, 9, each set supersetted with rope straightarm pulldowns. DAT PUMP.
Seated wide neutral grip cable rows - meh, not great. Pulldowns were taken.
3 ascending sets of 12, 10, 10 reps.
One-armed bent-over cable rows – simulates a DB row. Nice squeezes.
4 sets of 10
Did 2 sets of pulldowns but my lats were too pumped to feel them.
3 sets of 15 band pullaparts - FOR DA REAR DELTZ.
3 sets of 15 rear delt fly masheeen.
Wanted to do inverted BW rows but everything was taken, so did 3 sets of 15 wide grip chest supported t-bars, focusing on the top-half ROM, squeezing rear delts. Only medium effective. Will not do again.
Lat stretch. Pain.
Rope cable curls – not hammer style, would still partially supinate each rep. Were decent, but prob won’t do again.
5-6 sets of 15, 15, 12, 12, 12, 10 or so.
Fixed bar curls
65 x 12, 10, 10 (low rest)
Preacher DB hammer curl - one arm at a time, no rest, back and forth, back and forth
22.5 x 15 LR, 12 LR, 10 LR, 10 LR
Bicep stretch.
Leg press calf raises, 5 sets.
FIN. About an hour 45. That was fun. ![]()

Pretty hawtsexiluvin chest and tris session. Went with my gut on some things and just had fun, as I’ve been doing. Also, I weighed in around 215 post workout.. dunno what that’s about. Probably just bloated from a solid day of eating and fluid intake. Might throw up a pic later to evaluate if I’m gettin fat.

Bench felt very very good today. I could tell from my first warmup set it was gonna be good. Setup felt good, weights flew up until the last warmup, but I knew that shit was in my head. Det, can’t thank you enough for the direction you’ve given my bench!

Standing one-armed overhead DB ext. / Cordova ext. superset – Did them kind of weird thought; I’d do one arm DB extensions, then same arm Cordova, then other arm. Rest was almost non existent. this was seriously awesome, I recommend.
