haha, thanks guys. I was pleasantly surprised with how bench turned out. Having the 5/3/1 programming in the background of my bench training is working out quite nicely.
I wanted to take a pic of the huuuge pimple on my back that was itchy last night, ended up hitting a lat spread and it looked decent on the better camera. Again, it’s a screenshot from a video but you get the idea.

greg - thanks man. TBH, you definitely cross my mind as I go into those bench sessions. I know I need to put up good numbers at the beginning of each 5/3/1 cycle (which has been going really well, btw, for bench) so that you don’t make me look like a dummy. I know you’re focusing on incline right now but when you go back to flat benching first you will prob dominate me. Would be sicknasty to put up 4 hundo by the end of the year / early 2012.
MIM - thanks lady! Back is definitely one of my better bodyparts, and bench one of my better lifts, so it works out.
Problem is, I sweat a lot and have fairly oily skin, so I get lots of pimples back there, especially if I slack on my back scrubbing shower regimen. At least it’s winter haha.
jake - yeah John seems like a very down to earth dude, and I’m glad he stops by here from time to time. His stuff has definitely helped me out quite a bit.
