Aggar - pathetically small for my level, lolol. Around 17". With lots of carbs in me a bit more, when I diet and go flat they are about 16.9". Yeah I’m not complaining considering I’m on the tail end of a move… I think the increased amount of walking is going to help keep my metabolism up and the fat off. Might throw in 2-3 cardio sessions either separately or PWO to add to this.

I seem to be getting back into my “zone” in the gym, strength is going up a bit, so I’m hoping I can ride this out at my current leanness, maybe gain a couple lbs in the process. If I can match or surpass my old levels of fatboy strength at my current specs, I would be fucking thrilled. Delts and traps tomorrow!

damn aesthetic bug. Your back & chest thickness looks on point. Traps & arms aren’t nearly as bad as you seem to think, actually pretty damn decent. I personally refuse to measure my arms again anytime soon because I am very worried they are still well well under 16s. Perhaps if I got 1/10 as strong as bug it would help hmm

Secondly… Lookin solid. Your rear double is lookin thick fa show. Are you trying to lean up a bit more or start packing on some muscle, looks to me like your level of leanness is good for a “clean” bulk (hate both those words but whatevs)

For front squats, have you tried using straps to grip it? Look at how I used em in my vid, they work pretty good.

Had a good delts and traps session. I didn’t get off work till about 8:30, which is late for me considering I get to work around 8:45AM. I’m no i-banker but it was a long day. Client presentation tomorrow. but I digress. Bought a monster and some poptarts and walked into the gym like a boss ready to do some damage. I’m liking this gym mucho.

Nice thorough upper body warmup.

Seated DB press - hadn’t done this in quite some time. Felt pretty solid, and I’m sure will increase fairly rapidly.

40s x 12
60s x 12
75s x 10
90s x 10
100s x 8 - A little slow initially off the shoulders, and all the reps were a bit slow, but it was well under control. Not displeased with this.

Standing DB laterals - had fun with these.
20s x 10 → 30s x 10 → 40s x 8 → 55s x 7 + partials.
20s x 10 → 30s x 8 → 40s x 6 + partials
20s x 12 → 30s x 10ish, brief rest, then back to 20s for AMAP. SICK PUMPZ.

Cable rope front raises / “Victory” full ROM raises superset – saw the rope thingy in a recent Dusty Hanshaw video. DEFINITELY a keeper. Liked it a LOT for a front delt pump move. Could probably go relatively heavy too.

50 x 12 / 15s x 3 - lol nope.
60 x 10-12ish (don’t remember)

2 sets of HS machine presses with a slow neg to finish off front delts.

Band pull apart funsies. 3-4 sets to pump up rear delts.

Face pulls
4 sets, squeezed.

And that was it. Got that done in about 70 min. Taking the bus to NYC tomorrow to hang out with my friends for the weekend, and the plan is to work out with BONEZ from this site on Saturday morning. Should be good.

Jake – I think traps are actually one of my better body parts from certain angles. That’s the second time you’ve said that, lol. Oh well, I’m hammering them hard again so I’m sure they’ll grow. My whole body is pretty asymmetrical, but unlike most people, it’s pretty noticeable, visually. One of my traps is quite a bit taller than the other, it’s lolz.

I want to see what happens without me worrying about it given my new life and activity patterns, see if I keep getting stronger and maintaining leanness. Planning a proper 2 week RFL most likely in december with some potent fat burners and see how that goes, but yeah, in a holding pattern for the time being. Strength is the name of the game. And thanks for the rear DB luvin… it looks decent when i hit it right, I just wish my other poses, especially front ones, had as much pop!

Dixie – yes I have. I feel strongest using the bodybuilding style for the time being. Please note that the only reason it was slipping off my shoulders was because I was wearing a wife b, and was quite sweaty, and prob elbows dropping a little bit. Normally it’s not a problem though. Thanks for the input.

Achilles – not sure what that first part means, haha, but as far as I know, I weight around 206 probably in the morning. I was 208 or so the other night at the gym, so I’m speculating. Should probably buy a scale for my new place.
