Yes, I was attempting to RFL, but today that kind of went to shit. Not sure if I’m going to continue. There are just too many schedule /eating variables, plus lack of grocers and equipment at home, I’m just going to eat as sensibly as possible. People are going to be taking me out to eat prob every day this week for lunch so I don’t want to seem too weird. I did find some good options of places around my office to get healthy lunch options (i.e. some chicken breasts and stir fried veggies).
Anyways, I’m going to be working most days till at least 6:30, and by the time I get to Carlos’ gym will be likely after 7:30, and by the time I get home close to 11… not sure if I can swing that just yet. Also, if I DON’T go out to Everett on the daily, I will save a shit load of time and money (won’t have to buy a commuter T pass… so save quite a bit). Anyways, going to see how the next days / couple weeks go and make a decision. Maybe I can train at TPS once a week or something, and Carlos can help me with my programming. idk. We will make something work.
Anyways, after a long work day and suboptimal eating, I called a few gyms and walked to this place about 8-10min from my apartment. Was a pretty decent, standard commercial gym. Hit up some basic chest and tris. Wasn’t super into it and was just kinda fucking around to get some work done.
Didn’t really warm up much which was dumb. Definitely felt pretty tight.

3 ‘meh’ sets. Wasnt a huge fan of that cable station.
Tricep extension machine - kinda awk

V-bar pressdowns - one of those double pulleys that puts awk strain on your joints. Not a fan.

Looked big in the locker room at least… lol.
So yeah. TLDR:
1- saving RFL / dieting for realsies for a later date
2- PL’ing at TPS full time is on hold for the time being
3- need to figure out where to lift
4- i’m sleeping on the floor FML. bought an inflatable mattress with no pump.
