Bug: Luvin U

Well, I’m a dumbass, and hanging with the lady friend last night yielded in me eating a few pieces of chocolate, 2-3 handfuls of almonds, and a few pieces of popcorn. FML.

Weight was still the same, waist measurement about the same this morning as yesterday, so I’m not too worried about it, just disappointed in my mental toughness. I’m really good about not eating stuff until I’m in an “unfamiliar” environment with temptations right in my face.

been really busy packing and shipping stuff though, and a lot of errands to do before leaving tomorrow. I dunno if I’ll even have time to lift tonight either. If not, I might catch a delts and arms session at a closeby gym when I get in tomorrow afternoon.

But seriously… when I’m w/ the girl I will have a couple of bites/half a starter of something I wouldn’t normally eat or maybe a carb source I wouldn’t normally… I just try and make it not often.

Started my refeed an hour ago. As usual, I overbought, and bought too many sweets lol. It’s funny how when you’re supa hungry you think you can eat the world. Gonna try to lift in a bit then eat some more before chilling and sleep. The big move = tomorrow.

Yes, I was attempting to RFL, but today that kind of went to shit. Not sure if I’m going to continue. There are just too many schedule /eating variables, plus lack of grocers and equipment at home, I’m just going to eat as sensibly as possible. People are going to be taking me out to eat prob every day this week for lunch so I don’t want to seem too weird. I did find some good options of places around my office to get healthy lunch options (i.e. some chicken breasts and stir fried veggies).

Anyways, I’m going to be working most days till at least 6:30, and by the time I get to Carlos’ gym will be likely after 7:30, and by the time I get home close to 11… not sure if I can swing that just yet. Also, if I DON’T go out to Everett on the daily, I will save a shit load of time and money (won’t have to buy a commuter T pass… so save quite a bit). Anyways, going to see how the next days / couple weeks go and make a decision. Maybe I can train at TPS once a week or something, and Carlos can help me with my programming. idk. We will make something work.

Anyways, after a long work day and suboptimal eating, I called a few gyms and walked to this place about 8-10min from my apartment. Was a pretty decent, standard commercial gym. Hit up some basic chest and tris. Wasn’t super into it and was just kinda fucking around to get some work done.

Didn’t really warm up much which was dumb. Definitely felt pretty tight.

V-bar pressdowns - one of those double pulleys that puts awk strain on your joints. Not a fan.

So yeah. TLDR:

1- saving RFL / dieting for realsies for a later date

2- PL’ing at TPS full time is on hold for the time being

3- need to figure out where to lift

4- i’m sleeping on the floor FML. bought an inflatable mattress with no pump.

Today was just an awesome day overall. I got introduced to a lot of cool stuff at work, which was cool, had a good time and am learning a lot. Found a commercial gym that I like quite a lot that is very close to work on my way home. Double win. Had a sexy back and bis workout.
