Aggar – I feel a lot better now man, appreciate it. The lack of sleep and stressful morning through me off earlier in the day, but now I feel fine. I didn’t realize RFL was such a popular diet… just had a look at some of the BB.com diet logs. Always something to learn, even from “them”. :wink:

MiM – sounds interesting. Similar in concept to the alternate day fasting idea (but I would NOT want to do that). I might be interested in trying that sometime, especially if I get busier with my job and stuff and end up training less frequently for whatever reason (5-6 to 3-4).

Jake – you’ll get there man, no worries! It’s all relative. Before you know it you’ll be warming up with the 110s!

Greg – yessir I am. In the morning with my Humapro, I’m taking a little caffeine and 1.3d. Helps shake the mental fog off. I stay super hydrated too, drinking water, green tea, etc. OH, and I went out and picked up some diet sodas of various flavors and ‘calorie free’ jello. You sir are an angel. Having my free meal tonight will be amazin.

Maschy – LOL. We will have to try that sometime. thank god it’s done though. One more thing off the list. :slight_smile:

Out to happy hour and dinner with friends and family this evening, gonna eat a tuna salad before heading out to blunt hunger a lil’, then have something yummers at dinner.

glad to be of some help. Those really helped me with cravings when i was getting tired of egg whites and canned tuna all the time… and I dont even drink soda lol.

Free meal was glorious.

Appetizers included delicious oysters on the half shell, steak tartare, and some cheese and prosciutto.

Dinner was some shared pizzas, different types, all freshly made, thin, and amazin.

Had a glass of red, oh and a few bites of amazin desserts.

All in all ---------> wait for it…

AMAZIN.

A bit of a strange night last night, lol. Rather not get into the details here, but again, sleep schedule got fucked. Got in a little nap when I got home. Gonna miss Austin, sniff sniff.

Anyways, weight and waist measurements are dropping. I dunno if today is an artificially low measurement or what, but even after that refeed, my morning weight is down 4lbs (205 today). Waist is a tad under 34" (was a bloated 34.5" Sunday).

Can’t complain, just ready to start “looking tighter”, not just smaller yanno.

Hope the diet goes super-well, just wish I’d have siezed my opportunity to try and weigh more then Bug (ohlolol). Instead I seem to be losing weight. Need to invest in lots of meal replacement shakes/protein bars/easy to eat stuff and smash my way up to an even 200… I was so close at 198…

Thorough warmup with piece of shit foam rollers at school gym (like srs lolz… unusable).

Good girl/bad girl machines, leg curls warmup.

Back squat – doing hammies earlier in the week is really killing me. Glutes and hams are super tight and make hitting depth very difficult with anything under 225. Work sets felt fine, but a bit slow. Form was probably pretty bad @Carlos)
bar x 10 - so tight
135 x 5 - lol so difficult to get down
225 x 5 - uneventful
315 x 3 - a little better than 225
365 x 3 x5 - the 3rd and 4th were the best. Got distracted during the 5th set lol. Pretty easy, but moving slow. Felt good to get in a little volume.

One-legged leg press - will keep doing this. Had been awhile. Low rest

RFL started Monday, though I was sub 2000kcal on Sunday. So today is the end of day 4.

Goal to go through the end of next week, so ya sounds about right.

Appreciate it man. So far so good. Part of me is tempted to run it for another 2 weeks, depending on hos this first 2 week stint goes (assuming I get leaner, don’t feel horrible, and don’t lose [much] strength). We’ll see though.

I visited my Alma mater last weekend and got in lift at the “weight lifting club”, a student group that put together a private weight room ( monolift, power racks, DL bars, platform and jack, specialty bars, ELITEFTS super legpress, strongman equipment ect).

It was easy to see how someone could get sucked into that stuff. lol
