Mario64 was so epic. I loved the lava level, jumping on the shell, and surfing around pwning noobs. Will reply to you guys individually later, just gonna jot down the workout before heading to work.
Went pretty well overall. My standing OHP is abysmal once it gets “heavy” (185 and up). Core is weak and my technique sucks, so hopefully in a few weeks/months this will go up significantly.
AquaCruzer was there with me, also OHPing and doing other fun stuff. He’s looking thicker every time I see him! Amazin.

Meadows hanging DB partials - a lil diff than I usually do them. Staggered stance, quasi bent over, trying to rail the rear deltoidz. Success. Also, no straps because I need to work my grip like 24/7.
