Prob should have taken today off. Worked out with the ladyfriend, couldn’t get into the back portion of the session. Blasted some bicepz and felt better.
Not even gonna write everything out. Did 4 sets stretchers, 4 sets HS high row, 3 sets pullups… lol.
for blastin the ceps, I did:
Spyder curl - love that vertical preacher bench, haha - used a straight bar
40 x 20, 18, 12 drop 20 x 12 or so. Pumpz.
Alt. DB curls - regula’ form
35s x 8
45s x 8
55s x 6
65s x 6 drop 35s x some drop 15s x some

I’m sure it’ll come off in the next couple weeks. Goal will be even when hitting the crazy PL workouts to maintain very clean eating, just a lot of it.

No kidding. He is like a self conscious woman. Bug, get strong, get fat, and then diet down after you have actually made some gains. You will look better with a shirt on, and Boston is chilly anyway.

The only thing about diet that I told him was eat a lot because he’s probably going to be burning more calories doing the training I’m writing out for him than before he came to Boston. He can have abs, I just don’t want his training to suffer because he’s not eating enough.
Blackaggar - I’m sure that’s it man. I know it’s not like I suddenly gained all this fat, I just don’t like the watery, bloated look.
Delta - no, sorry. If you try to get big(ger) and stron(ger… more than you already are), then you will leave everyone in the dust and I will be forced to retract my friendship offer. No but really, I’m excited to see how big and strong you get this “bulk season”.
I am definitely fat-o-phobic at the moment. It’s something I battle with daily, lol.
Bearborn - I know I’m gonna prob get a little smoother, and I understand that, it’s just since we haven’t even STARTED yet, I want to minimize the damage I do before then. Also, despite being on the road, I shouldn’t be making as silly food choices. If I could maintain the semblance of a 4 pack that’d be rad.

Feeling good today, going to test my standing military press and do some shoulder accessory work and traps in a few hours. Will report back soon.
Greg - I know man. Just did some posing and it’s really just some water, and my waist measurement is returning back to normal, so no stress. It’s just when I compete with sexy mofos like you for attention on this site… it’s tough man.
