So instead of taking days off these last 2 weeks like I have for the last 2-3 months after leg day, I have thrown in an extra arm day, lol. So arms are getting hit 3x/week. pretty amazin. Went to a diff gym with said ladyfriend again. Good times. Late night workoutz.

I felt good, physically, going into this shoulder day, but either my front delts are still sore from chest day, or I slept on my pumped arms incorrectly last night, cuz when warming up on lateral raises and RC rotations with the 5 and 10’s, I felt intense soreness/cramping in my delts. Figured trying to go heavy wouldn’t be best, so I free balled it, lol. Too many peeps in the gym, too.

These coming weeks I’m gonna reduce cals away from workouts a lil bit, not eat any junk, and do 3x LISS cardio sessions, along with some fatburners, and see what happens.

I’ll tell you exactly what happened.

One day, bug and his friend aquacruzer were eating dinner at a mexican restaurant. As they are being men, heartily enjoying a burrito fiesta, two hot college girls continually stare and giggle.

If it’s the same GDA I have (Meadow’s??) then I can only say great things about it. I can drink over 9000 carbs and calories PWO, and if I forget to take that, I ALWAYS feel like shit after. It works wonders, keeps you from getting that ‘end of the day food baby bloat’. lol

Bug, how did you like the plate loaded dip machine? you like it better than doing regular dips or what?

I love them. Regularly dips hurt me a lot… like my clavicular (is that a word?) chest attachment will throb for weeks if I do them intensely. Sucks. :frowning: I wish I had had access to a machine like this during college.

Did some fasted training today. Breaking up hams and quads to give more attention to each. Had a great time.
