Ink - dude I know. I hit them hard as fuck, sometimes heavy, sometimes high reps, sometimes squeezing, sometimes this, sometimes that, and they don’t grow. Same with legs. Sigh. :frowning:

Bench press - Det’s set up is feeling a little better each time, but I know I’m not setting up nearly as tight as I could be. Still, much better.
