29 and 5’9". You’ll get there in 2-3 years if you stay healthy. Injuries kill progress like nothing else.

Steel - I hope so man. I like to think I’m relatively smart about prehab/rehab/mobility stuff, and looking to improve, so hopefully that will be the case. If not, you can just keep making everyone look bad.

Jake - thanks man. Yeah the front squats weren’t that hard, per se. What’s harder is keeping technique on when the weight gets heavier. At my best I put up 375 for a triple, and front squatted 405. That was awhile ago, and 25~lbs heavier.

Went hard in the paint last night, I am a wee bit hungover. Just took my big post-drinking shit, put down some food, and should be good to go in 90min for shoulders. Deloading shoulder press, luckily, and I’ll just have some fun and do what I feel like for the rest.

Training is going well man, the Mudder is in a few months. I’m up to running six miles a few mornings each week and strength levels have stayed the same. It’s a fun way to get lean and the performance improvements definitely don’t hurt.

I felt like butthole today. All I wanted to do was sleep but I knew I’d feel better if I lifted, and luckily it was a 531 deload (AND LOLZ DID THE WEIGHTS FEEL HEAVY hahahah). No worries though. Just joints and muscles and nervous system were all kind of “off”. I felt okay by the very end but still, I was ready to leave.
