On a shittier note, had a horrible session today, lol. My lower back is really hurting from the shitty rack pulls on Monday, and as you guys know, when your LB is outski, it’s tough to do, well, much of anything besides lay down like a grampa and ask for your viagra. Energy levels were also quite bad and I just didn’t wanna lift, but I was hoping once I got warmed up I’d feel better. Nope, lol. So I ended early and foam rolled for about 15 minutes until tears were just about to pour down my CHISELED FACE (lol @ 12% BF being chiseled).
Stretched, did some mobility work, did 4-5 sets of high rep calves.

Fin. Foam rolled for awhile, which hurt soooo bad. So tight. Must foam roll at the end of every session. Hot girl asked me what I was doing. That was my consolation prize? lol.
I feel better now after work, so hopefully shoulders gets CRUSHED tomorrow.
