If there’s only enough leeway for one sin I’d rather be on 750mg test a week and healthy than on none and fucking my body up with drugs and alcohol so I need to keep my head down and make sure my bloodwork is in safe range when it’s re tested in mid Jan.

But what is a normal cruise dose you use and do you get fairly good gains with it? And when you blast how long do you go (since recovery is not a worry)?

200-300mg a week is a standard cruise dose for me, depending on how the testosterone I get is dosed, I usually do 0.5ml twice a week and it comes dosed between 200-300mg so I just do it like that for simplicity’s sake.
To be honest the last blast went on far too long and I hadn’t been on less than 400mg a week for about a year! Normally I try to blast for as long as i cruise. I don’t make good gains per se’ with the cruise, but I usually retain 90% or more of the gains from the blast. I haven’t this time since I’ve been ill and still haven’t fully recovered but thats pretty normal and one of the key benefits of blast and cruise. I also do not use oral steroids; the gains from dbol and drol stacked on top of test wouldn’t be sustainable on a HRT dose of test, at least thats according to my friend who blasts and cruises and has a ‘penchant’ for oral roids.

Felt sick and dizzy so called it a day.

Don’t worry I only did coke like a handful of times last year (maybe both hands actually but no more) it was the fact that BD was an all night session and (thankfully) my body is not used to it any more! I’ll be working hard to stay off of and away from that shit.

Thanks Spidey! Happy new year to you too my friend. I like to try and stay organized it’s good to know where I want to be and what I need to be doing, I have ADHD so I try and write as much down as possible so I can go back to it, and this log is like an easily accessible online diary for me!
Just signed up for a 3 month rolling membership to a commercial gym near me (not PLS, sorry Dre) so I can do my upper body days there and get some variety into my upper body days.

I was o.k. all of this year until December, then yeah, I spent most of it sick! I live in London so the air isn’t too clear and the population is very high so it’s easy to breath in germs and shit; I think the main reason is that I don’t sleep to well which fucks up my immune system somewhat. The cold I have now is self inflicted, the session on boxing day did me over completely and wiped my immune system into non existence! I feel better now though.
Also, my girlfriend has two kids who are always catching shit and school and giving it to her, who then passes it on to me, at least this is one theory, so on top of me rarely getting a good sleep this is prolly the reason.
I had blood work done for the first time on a blast, but not test, LH or E2. My cholesterol was messed up (possibly because of the virus) so I’m having it done again in a few weeks when hopefully it will be fine.
As and when I decide to just be on HRT I may become more particular as to precisely what my blood levels are but as long as my libido functions normally I’m not too concerned as this a good, albeit crude barometer of acceptable to optimal hormone levels.

Workout: trained with an old friend of mine today who’s at a similar level of strength to me on upper body.
I didn’t record weight or reps but I got a lot of volume in on flat bench and incline, did some fly’s between reps then banged out several sets of curls and calf raises.
Breakfast: 6 omega 3 eggs and 6 turkey bacon rashers in an omelette (I’m sure I recorded this already, I hope I didn’t write it in the wrong thread!)

Hang tough Budda, my daughters BOTH got Strep two weeks ago…brot it home from school. A week later, last Monday, I got a sinus infection from it…wife 2 days later.
I had to layoff from gym for week, went in today, first time in 7 days. ONLY LOST 3 POUNDS!!! That is due to me catching it quick, and going to Dr early. This time, waited 6-7 days for the Antibiotics to work before going back to train.
We go to Disneyworld in three weeks…so I needed something to get thru that period…something to shock my system. Started GVT today. Doing one excercise, maybe two if they don’t conflict, and doing 10 x 10 heavy. Did Incline Dumbells, 70’s, 10 x 10. The last couple sets where tough…but I got em in un-aided.

I just saw this and was gonna recommend that you have some Vit C and Zinc daily Budda, but if it comes from her kids, and she gets it, and you are around her…it is REALLY hard to keep from catching stuff. My girls are 8 and 9, and they only catch Strep anymore…once or twice a year…but when they get it…its a countdown to when it moves around the house.

LMFAO! I’ve got lighter, weaker an unhealthier since I started this fucking stupid weight gain log!
I realized that I’m not even sure exactly where I am now I’ve dropped back down to HRT, since I haven’t managed to train with any concurrent consistency and intensity as I’ve been ill or recovering. I feel better today though and ate loads and trained hard! It took me a week to recover from Boxing day…
I’ve decided though, to combat the headfuck of being ill and dropping the dose I’m going to focus on a more BBing routine for my chest and arms (back isn’t too bad though the recent photos don’t portray it in a decent light) and slap on some mirror muscle seeing as chest and upper arms are weak in relation to the rest of my body. I’ll stay on HRT as long as I’m making gains and prey for my fucking health LOL.
But seriously, I did try and change the name (already changed it once) to 'Budda and TX’s training log and it wouldn’t let me, but thats what we’ll call the 2.0.
Diet today was great, loads of good food, including 4 organic apples throughout the day, three big shakes with protein and fiber plus MCT in the breakfast one, 4 chicken breasts and a mcdonalds chicken salad.

I’m pleased with this, now I’m not ill or juiced out of my brain I’m actually not too far off of where I was previously it seems.
Went and talked to an actual Physical Therapist today, a guy whose kids go to school with my girls. We talked, and talked, and he agreed I have done a “JOB” on my elbow joints. No half ass stuff for me !
I put my arm out, and he said I have both types of tendonitis…golfers, and tennis. One is affected when I pull my hand back at the wrist, the other is when I turn my arm face up and curl my wrist up.
After all the stuff I am taking, he encouraged me to give up the Mobic for a short time and just do 200 mg of Ibuprofin 4 x per day for ten days or so…and obviously give up Pull stuff, and Bicep stuff for 4-6 weeks, which I am doing. Gonna try it now, then when we go on vacation at end of the month and I take the 10 days off.
Did Sumo Deads this morning, for the first time with good form !!! Started pretty light…
For next two weeks or so I am on GVT 10 x 10’s for a change of pace for short time, so I
did only 105 lbs on barbell for Sumo Deads. They are pretty cool, when you do them right.
The Sumo style is very cool for tall thin people like me. For once, I don’t dread doing them !!!
