Bubble Butt Workout Program

Hey ladies, my girlfriend has asked me to give a workout program (something she can do at home) that will give her a rounder ass. She is beautiful already but she is not satisfied with her butt. I can give her dumb bells for Romanian Deads and she can squat ass to grass (body weight) for 25 reps.

Other then that, any suggestions? I’ve never gone out of my way to build up my ass so any help would be appreciated. She wants to get away from the flat ass look. At 5 foot 6 and 120 lbs she has the frame to show off a Bubble Butt.

Put her on a whole body beginner program that has lots of squats like “Starting Strength”.

Dead lift variations and good mornings, stepups or lunges, bubble butt here we come. Post some before and after pictures yeah?

This is terrible advice. Did you think at all before posting this?

Why would squatting 3x a week and pulling 2x a week not be conducive to getting a bigger rear end? Obviously, if she wants a workout program that will help her get a bigger ass, then Starting strength would be a good route to go. What exactly are swings? Those things you play on at recess. You should also look into periods and sentences. They are useful.

squats, lunges, deads, single leg deads, pistol squats, swings, reverse hypers, more squats

Agreed, starting strength is the way to go. Get her lovin’ the iron, and not only will she have a better ass (and rest of her body) but you’ll have something to do together. For some reason that’s really important to the girls. :-/

My girlfriend wanted too give her advice.
First you have to lose 15 kg (my girlfriend got sick for a long time, not anything we recomend but “no pain no gain” right?)

After she has lost the weight she needs to start eating very clean diet and loads of protein. For excersize 30-40 min daily walks is all she needs while gaining about 15 kg back again!

This is a true story, but I guess loads of squats would work too :slight_smile:
