Getting Girlfriend to Train

Didn’t quite know where to put it.

So my girlfriend has constant back pain (been to the doctor, everything is supposed to be OK - i.e. no disc injuries they say it’s muscle) and she has enough of it. Said wants to hit the gym.

Any idea on how to go about it? I was thinkin full body 3-4 times a week.

She’s never liftet before so if anyone has any idea how to do it it would be great. I was thinking pushups pullups (with bands) squats (BW), reverse lunges, hip thurst etc.

Squats BW first then goblet then front etc.

Sounds ok. Go slow so she doesnt get super sore on top of her already sore back!

I would do foward lunges before reverse lunges

I would do 3 days a week to start.

I would keep it body weight/very low DB weight to start.

Know the subs for movements she might not be able to get yet?..ex pushups/pushups from knees/walls
