BSN Cellmass?

i am thinking about going on cellmass this will be the first supplement i have tryed. what do you guys think cellmass, what kind of results did you get.

I think it works pretty good, I noticed a difference when i took that and NoXplode. Those two are a pretty good combo if your lookin for something that tastes good and works. If you wanna get either one cheap let me know, email me at seanc5488@yahoo.com

It is a highly overpriced creatine supplement.

Go with pure Creatine monohydrate, get the same results, and save a bunch of money.

Chris , I disagree personally. I liked it a lot because it was the first creatine I used that didn’t bloat me very much. I liked its effects, and thought it was effective at the cell volumizing without excess bloat. That’s just my .02

Hey, I recently purchased some no-explode and cellmass. I have been working out for about a month now, and I was wondering if I should wait until my weight lifting hits a plateau before using them, or if I do not, will that have any negative effects the next time I decide to take them.

OMG, you spent the $, but are waiting to use the product. Does this really make sense to you when you think, really think about it? As far as negative sides, why’d ya buy them if ya know nothin’ about the sides. BTW, they are safe if taken as directed…

I’m guessing you’re really new to this site or are very young (or both). Do yourself a favor and do two things before you waste alot of money. First read the articles on nutrition and how having a solid meal regiment is a helluva lot more important than any supps you want to try. Second, go to the search tab, type in NO or NOXplode or nitric oxide and read the slew of articles that discredit these type of supps. It really is an overpriced creatine supp. Just a heads up–best of luck.

before you flame him too hard you may want to consider some research yourself. noxplode and cellmass are 2 different supps.

I think there is some confusion about my question. My question is not about the sides of the products, but whether I should wait until my performance in the gym plateaus before using them. eg. will they be more beneficial for me after working out for 1 month, or working out after say a few months

I know what your saying my man and heres what you should do… bust your ass in the gym day in and day out for months and when you have gotten as big as you can naturally then go out looking for supps to get past your genetics.

But, since you have already purchased them then go ahead and use them and then youll pass your natural plateau but you just wont realize it… but like those other guys said make sure u you have a plan of action before u go out spendin ur $
