conventional with chains 225x2, 245x3, 265 x 3
deficit conventional using 25# plates 245x4, 265x3
That’s all. New strategy needs to be tended too whilst I deal with serious work stress overload. I’m going to have to move deads day to a either a day before or something.
After a while I did pull ups and some ohs at 24 hour.
ohs 133x10, x8, 138 I ended up push pressing it up and way too far out into a snatch grip,133x8,x5
made me think of snatch grip deads. SO I did a few sets of very low wt reps. Mostly for lats and traps vs regular deadszos hammie and lower back.
89#x10 x 3 sets or so. I mean to gain an upper back.
Today was a nice surprise. I added the wt’s in my head wrong and ended up doing wt I thought was ten pounds lighter. HA HA

I am happy with this. The heaviest fs day I’ve done in like 6 weeks. YEAIIIII
