Well I ended up back at rmlc today for a lil session. First time I’ve lifted in a week so nothing spectacular. I couldn’t wait for the 5pm group training thing:{

Anderson 135x5
chamber bar–holy hard–regular sq with 135x5, 170x3, 155x3, then just chamber bar

A. Normal except the ends dip down are lower
B. equipped with handles/pads near where you would normally put your hands
C. Neither a or b, crazy dash

Well…fuck me . Today and last night I was already feeling sore in that bastard lower back region…and its from my bad squat performance!!

This is final: Brute shall do no more back squats without help. Period! I will get some coaching on them!

My problem is lots of stuff. I get confused with my depth, I lean/gm sometimes, and I need to spread my legs more. Basically I need someone to tell me while I’m doing bad things to stop! or I won’t and I’ll get hurt!

I could technically start from scratch yet again on my own but I don’t even know how to figure out a good wt to start with etc etc. No more squats on my own. I need help!!! FUCK this!

But today I did see my lover Mr Overhead squat for some time together. Still kinda being ginger with the wt’s since last weeks back issue and today’s soreness from my fucked up back squats. Overheads always feel nice!! And kinda a rehab for everything. I’m such a geek…I think my favorite position ever is at the bottom of a overhead squat, ready to shoot through the sky! my butt feels like its being cupped by magical invisible hands every time!

I’m sorry, but its the honest truth ! :)!

oh! and last night was pullup party night. 7 sets of 3, 3 sets of 2. They felt strong! and vibrant like I could pull the door frame down.

SO today was overhead sq 95x10 x9 sets, 95x7
abs, stretching, etc.

It’s a safety squat bar and it’s a killer. The first time I tried it I couldn’t do 155 for more than a few sets of five. Very hard.

I could see you going forward the same way I was and starting to good morning up. You’ll get good at it soon because you’re good at stuff like that. It’s a nice, different challenge.

I can only hope O. I just get so hard wired. Also …well…ego makes its impact. But. I have no other option. AGAIN.

My bf is demanding that I ask you where you train. He wants to know where he can use a huge circus dumbbell like that lol

snatches with db 30x3 / arm, 35x 5/arm, 40x10/arm, 45x 10/arm
sumo dls again not sure if the bar was legit if it was 45 then 180x20, 205x10,225x5,255, 275
oh and i forgot my snazzy gloves so my hands got all bloody.

OHH!! And I split my pants too! I wanted to do a overhead squat and full on split my pants in the ass!! Kept working out though. :slight_smile: bloody hands, no shoes, split pants doing deadlifts …in the crazy ass apartment gym! ha!! it was funny because there was about 7 other people there.

Just some cardio today. walked Nigel a thousand miles yesterday. Soon it’ll be time for another walk. we’re crate training , inside the house while I’m home lately. Today’s going ok! I have to add more wt’s to his backpack to make his road marching more effective.
