Ugh…but I have so much more to do on it…might have to do a few more sessions and take a break for a while. Its getting old getting that area messed with every couple weeks :{ I’m loosing my hard core edge as well!

- I have missed stalking your log, and am fantastically thrilled to be back here.
- Your overhead squatting/lunging/one legged shit is freaking UNREAL. (I just had my crossfit trainer friend teach me how to overhead squat about ummm a week ago)…don’t make fun of me.
