Well, I don’t come in here nearly enough, as Brute is a huge source of motivation/inspiration for me. If I’m slackin, it never fails that after watching one of her vids, I get my ass off my shoulders and go do the damn thing. Beauty and beastliness in one awe-inspiring package. Plus, her dog is awesome.

also tried the anderson sq and i do like them! only did a few with 95 but it was lovely!
SEE! this is what happens to me! I wake up look at my sausage gut and get kinda down then full of desire to try and drop wt drastically with cardio and cutting. then i go and do this at the gym get all excited and forgive myself for my gut. even though this time last year i had no gut and was stronger! its good and bad! ha!
I just don’t have the drive i had when i was trying to do the raw nationals thing last summer. something about that meet made it so easy to just do it and drop wt…now…i’m kinda jolly and happy…and…bleh! oh well. I’m obviously not THAT bothered by it. yet i blab on my log…

Just keep it realistic in your mind. Ten pounds? You can cut that fast in four to six weeks whenever the fuck you want to. Right MEOW you are working on getting back to your PRs. Right now I’m getting hella stronger. The little bit of extra weight will come off EEEZY when the time is right. Know that… and keep focusing on the strength goals

if it were from a younger middle aged guy I would definitely not even take it that well. but I like old guys who get excited about those free wheeling women who want to be men… and are easily impressed.
oh yeah! i forgot I was also wearing a shirt with a picture of a bearded man. hmm
