Oh Brute, I feel your pain about eats and bingeing!! I tend to go through cycles of extremes, where for a few months I train like a maniac, and diet like a maniac, and get nice abs… but then the pendulum swings the other way, and I get a taste or two of chocolate or chips or CHEESE!!, which turns into an extended month-long binge session! Good for muscle gain when I’m training hard, but not so good for weight/clothing size/body fat. Oh, and good for boobie size!!
Your training still kills me btw. Your OH squats and 1-leg squats especially. Love it!
hey niiki! the one legged squats i do in the squat cage with a barbell, so i guess they are basically a Bulgarian split squat but with a loaded bar vs the dbs. for me its harder to hold onto dbs without dropping them! i have to use a bar to get any wt on em and do try the over head squats!! it makes my booty feel nice and round after , helps my hips too.

nlmain–the situps are not that impressive! I just do regular old fashioned situps with a 45 on my head they sound hard, but they aren’t really!
