As for the CPU card, that you need to get on asap. Marlene is pretty quick on the turnaround though. You can even send in your registration for the meet before you get your card and where it asked for your card number, just put ‘applied for’.
Also, the meet is either push/pull or 3lift, so make sure you sign up accordingly on the reg form.

Did not have a spotter for any sets, nobody I trusted in the gym. This training alone certainly sucks sometimes
