Why would either of you want a vette or porsche when you’re built like a “Nissan Titan!” Amazing power, both of you, don’t ever stop!

Nissan Titan?? come on now… don’t you mean Ford Super Duty?? I buy American but i forgot we were talking about a Canadian. Does Canada make trucks?

Isn’t there a Tonka plant in Canada?

Im thinking more like Ram 2500 with a snow plow… thats what our plow guy has…
and he drinks enough canadian beer.

Meat I think is more like a
Ford 1 ton dump truck.

very cool pulls Bunny…
sadly I am built more like a vespa.

Hey hey hey… listen, we make the most amazing dog sleds known to mankind!.

We have just debuted the 2009/2010 “Flying Squirrel Hybrid”!

Did chest today, back still feels a little strange, but managed to work through it without breaking a nail.

FEB 17TH BENCH DAY

FLAT BENCH
bar x w.u
135x10
225x5
275x7 (1 rep PR)
315x1 (nice long pause at the bottom)

PIN PRESS (#6)
315x 2 sets of 5 reps
335x3
345x2
355x2

BAR HOLD
405 x 2 sets to failure

CLOSE GRIP SMITH MACHINE BENCH
155x20
185x20
205x12

TRICEP CABLE PUSHDOWNS
100x10
110x10
120x6

PUSHUPS
2 sets to failure then partials to failure

Had a good pump in the tris and the chest when I finished today. Feels like my bench is getting stronger, and I am becoming more in tune with my form.

This was the last bench session until I return from Mexico in March.

Nice benching, Bunny!

Enjoy that well-earned vacation down south.

I think I’ve got some fond memories of Mexico. I vaguely remember lots of very cheap Mezcal, beautiful women, and I think a donkey was involved somewhere. Damn worm gets you every time. Anyway, Adios amigo, eh. Watch out for Montezuma’s Revenge and enjoy your well earned time off.

See ya next week sometime boys… play safe!

Not to mention, don’t drink the water. My biggest mistake last time.

Get a tan for me.

i can’t wait to hear back from Bun-zilla’s attach on Mexico.

have a great Trip

Hit the gym today… 5 months until my competition, time to shift it into a higher gear! Today was just wakin’ the system back up, seeing as the heaviest hing I lifted in the last 10-14 days was my bubba mug full of whatever I felt like for that particular day.

Welcome back bunny! Good lifting and I hope you’re sore tomorrow… Glad you had a good time. Even if you left us all behind!

Welcome back Bunzilla!

Your legs didn’t need waking up?

Glad you had a great time. Re-charge the batteries.

That’s what I love about this site. Just look around and there is always someone to inspire. This is what makes me want to go to the gym, even when I don’t want to. By all the gods I will be up there with the big boys

Welcome back. Now get to work. Hope you enjoy the visit from Mr DOMS tomorrow.

I pulled 550 at the push/pull and tried to pass you with 600(missed it)…I should have tried 575.

how was the trip to mexico??

yeah where are the pics from the beach?
or of the food?
or the booze?

looks like you had a good first day back

kmc

My trip was excellent! Really needed the holiday. I will post a couple of pics…
