Eco… nice pullin’ buddy, looks like I’m gonna half to pull my socks up here!

I am freakin’ sore today, from both my training session and a new sport I may be taking part in, I will tell more about that later.

My trip was excellent! Really needed the holiday. I will post a couple of pics…

Good to be back though. Sniff- missed you guys! Sniff[/quote]

Competitive 12 oz curls? No wait - that wouldn’t be a “new” sport…lol

It is called “Kabaddi”… I have been recruited as a “stopper” or a “tackler”… kinda like a defensive end I guess.

Been to 2 practices, it is pretty fun. Just don’t wanna get hurt before my meet, so I am going to have to contemplate this.

Here is one video as an example…

Welcome back Bunny! That video looks wild, you gotta explain that to us.

Where’s the sticks? It seems like they should be hitting each other with sticks.

lol Skid…
It is a wicked sport, never even heard of it before a few weeks ago. Of course, with me not being fluent in Hindi/ Urdu/ Punjab does cause some difficulties… so they compromise and just yell at me “fuckin’ kill him!”

Here is a link tat explains the rules/ objectives. The only difference I can see from this explanation is that the raiders do not hold there breath… but they have 30 seconds to tag one of us (stoppers) and return to their half.

So once the raider tags someone the goal of the defenders is to knock his ass down so he can’t get back in time?

That is one crazy sport.

what isnt allowed…

I don’t know what is going on with this site and my log, but I can see nothing but the “reply screen”… no post or past replies. Oh well, here goes…

I am still sore from my bench session and Kabaddi. Wrestling with guys 15-20 years younger than me hurts. wahhhhhh!!

And my ovaries hurt.

I’ll PM you my Midol supplier.

I’ve been going through more than usual so I’ve been buying in bulk…

Correct, and you have to keep him in the zone for 30 seconds total. You also do not have to wait for the raider to tag someone, you can tackle him first, but once you touch him, nobody else can… he is your prey.

now what about the holding the breath thing…
only the raider has too.

this is going to help with conditioning
and give you another way to get hurt
I mean have a fun hobby

hey, bunny, neat game. why don’t you just go to the bar and say mean things about someones mommy? This game looks strangely like an old american favourite (note my Canadian spelling as proof of my cultural sensitivity) called “smear the queer”.

I feel 265-270 is a perfect weight. All good looking guys are in that range.
When you maxxing out again? Are you on a specific program? I’d like to see you pull 600.

STANDING CALF RAISES FOR A BUNCH

Been a while since I squatted, gonna feel that for a while.

Strong squat. The legs will probly ache the worst 2 days after. Still impressed with your curling weight. I’m pushing the 5/3/1 program. I really like it. Very flexible and many different workouts to choose from.

Wow, Bunnzilla, I can see youre still taking it easy after your vacation (NOT). Im very impressed with the squat poundage. I echo eco, you should really be feeling that today.

wow I just thought you were one of those bench more than I squat types.

What do you guys eat up north?
nice work

kmc

Thanks guys, and yes, I am pretty sore today.

I did M.E. bench yesterday, started the 5/3/1 Wendler Program… or a variation of it anyhow. I am going to do it for both the bench and the deadlift.

My log is in the car, and I just got back from Kabaddi practice… and I got a cramp in my hip/ ass area. Does not want to ease up for me, so I am going to go and sit in the jacuzzi.

Tomorrow is deadlift day, so I will post both sessions tomorrow.

My diet up here consists of seal flipper, cod tongue, whale blubber and the secret revered food… oreos. We then wash it down with a pail of beer whilst singing lumberjack songs, lol!

Hey watchit. I resemble that remark!

Really nice lifts and you big dogs don’t need to be rub’in it in about yer body fat, I mean bulk, I mean mass…I mean weight.

Good thing I’m a few thousand miles away. Gotta love the internet.

You must be in your “cutting” phase. Everybody knows that you need polar bear meet to get really big and strong. And you got to kill it with your bare hands too.

Do you do your curls in the squat rack??? That’s OK by me. You can curl where ever you want to.

Great work. I really enjoy your posts.
