lol Skid…
It is a wicked sport, never even heard of it before a few weeks ago. Of course, with me not being fluent in Hindi/ Urdu/ Punjab does cause some difficulties… so they compromise and just yell at me “fuckin’ kill him!”
Here is a link tat explains the rules/ objectives. The only difference I can see from this explanation is that the raiders do not hold there breath… but they have 30 seconds to tag one of us (stoppers) and return to their half.
I don’t know what is going on with this site and my log, but I can see nothing but the “reply screen”… no post or past replies. Oh well, here goes…
MARCH 4TH- DEADLIFT SESSION
CONVENTIONAL DEADLIFT @70%
bar x warmup
135x10
225x7
315x5
(working sets)
405x5
405x3
405x5 (with straps) boy oh boy, my endurance and grip has decreased over the last 2 weeks.
RACKPULLS (PIN #1- MID SHIN LEVEL)
495x3x3 up the weight next session
DEFICIT DEADLIFTS using 35 lb plates
345 x 3 sets of 8 with 60-90 secs rest these almost made me puke
BENT OVER DUMBELL ROWS
110x10
130x6
CABLE/ ROPE FACEPULLS
40x20
60x12
80x9
100x6
I was gonna do abs and calves, but didn’t. Sue me.
I am still sore from my bench session and Kabaddi. Wrestling with guys 15-20 years younger than me hurts. wahhhhhh!!

So once the raider tags someone the goal of the defenders is to knock his ass down so he can’t get back in time?[/quote]
Correct, and you have to keep him in the zone for 30 seconds total. You also do not have to wait for the raider to tag someone, you can tackle him first, but once you touch him, nobody else can… he is your prey.
hey, bunny, neat game. why don’t you just go to the bar and say mean things about someones mommy? This game looks strangely like an old american favourite (note my Canadian spelling as proof of my cultural sensitivity) called “smear the queer”.
I feel 265-270 is a perfect weight. All good looking guys are in that range.
When you maxxing out again? Are you on a specific program? I’d like to see you pull 600.

I agree with you whole heartedly… lol!
I want to get a few sessions under my belt, get the muscles going again after my 2 week vacation before I max out.
I am looking at the Wendler 5/3/1 program right now. Have yet to make up my mind.
MARCH 7TH SQUAT/ ASSISTANCE
SQUAT
bar x warmup
135x8
225x5
315x3
(working sets)
405x2
405x1
455x1
475x2 (probably would have red lighted)
585- walkout
405x1 just working on form and waking the CNS up
HACK SQUATS
4 plates- 3 sets of 8 reps ass to grass
Strong squat. The legs will probly ache the worst 2 days after. Still impressed with your curling weight. I’m pushing the 5/3/1 program. I really like it. Very flexible and many different workouts to choose from.
Wow, Bunnzilla, I can see youre still taking it easy after your vacation (NOT). Im very impressed with the squat poundage. I echo eco, you should really be feeling that today.
I did M.E. bench yesterday, started the 5/3/1 Wendler Program… or a variation of it anyhow. I am going to do it for both the bench and the deadlift.
My log is in the car, and I just got back from Kabaddi practice… and I got a cramp in my hip/ ass area. Does not want to ease up for me, so I am going to go and sit in the jacuzzi.
Tomorrow is deadlift day, so I will post both sessions tomorrow.
My diet up here consists of seal flipper, cod tongue, whale blubber and the secret revered food… oreos. We then wash it down with a pail of beer whilst singing lumberjack songs, lol!

You must be in your “cutting” phase. Everybody knows that you need polar bear meet to get really big and strong. And you got to kill it with your bare hands too.
Do you do your curls in the squat rack??? That’s OK by me. You can curl where ever you want to.
