Hey everyone, I just bruised my ribs yesterday during judo practice. It is fairly sore and it hurts even without touching it. I still have a full range of motion and I was wondering about training. My thought is that I should still be able to train because it would be like a bruise on my arm or leg. Would I aggrevate it more by training or would it help the healing process? Any thoughts and opinions from you guys would be appreciated.
