Brownbear's Log (Over 50, Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Heavy-Metal, Eternal Cut vs Obesity)

Hi and wellcome,

age: 50
height: 1.83 m
bodyweigth at 07/14/2018: 133,4 kg

Finished my first week with 1972 calories, with 2,20 g/kg-lbm of protein, 1,03 g/kg-lbm of fats and 98 g/kg-lbm of carboidrates from monday (07/09) to friday (07/13).

My training is simple: intense olympic weighlifting 2x/week and moderate/light powerlifting 1x/week. I suffer as hell to finish the program.

Today, saturday, I am drunk and my schedule for next week is to reach 132 kg and finish my three torture/session (but I like) training sessions.

If, until 07/21/2018 I canĀ“t reach my 132 kg… I will cannot drink and eat as the same I did today.

I will post some news mainly when I reach some PRs on snatch or clean & jerk (current ones are 70/91 kg) or reach new numbers on my body-scale. Powerlifting (163/132/200 kg) I am taking an easy life.The priority is on diet and on olys PRs.

Well nothing spetacular, as you can see.
