Good job man, you seem to be getting stronger all the time.

Started to feel like shit last night at that party I went to, came home around midnight, had the day off today so I just turned the alarm off and decided to sleep in. Somehow slept till 4:30 in the afternoon, feel 100x better though.
I thought I had decent lat insertions, seriously fuck you guys (Way and Bug)
Why is it so much easier to do program design for other people then yourself ?
When I weigh in at 205 at the end of this month you’ll have more to worry about then your lats dood haha.

i think warmups are overrated and can hinder your max set, especially when the warmup is that close to your working weight.

lmao@ XB-C calling you out, HARDCORE!!!
Hey C_C
I’m giving some serious consideration to bailing on this ramp… was late for work for the 1st time today as i feel like utter dogshit. The 90 sec rest is really stating to take hold and my body ain’t dealing with it well.
My appetite is gone down the drain, forcing dry chicken breast down my throat is NOT fun. Have 2 days left in Week 2 next week it goes down to 1 minute rest !!
Any ideas how to get rid of this run down feeling i WOULD eat more but id rather bang my head off a wall than eat ! Any other ways to shake this ?
Thank you ![]()

Are you eating any pre workout carbs?
If you have a problem feeling like death after your session and can’t make it to work…I’d suggest just lifting earlier then, so you have time to get decent food in and time to take a shower and relax before you go to your job.

I just got done stuffing my face with hamburgers I just grilled and baked beans. I’ve got like 32 oz of milk left before I’ve drank the entire gallon today too. My mission is to just eat, every 2 hours or whenever my stomach feels empty. Since I don’t work much it’s been a buffet of food and I plan on keeping it that way until my classes start at the end of this month. Then I’ll just have to take all the food I’d normally eat and pack it in a cooler and take that with me to college.
It’s not fun being small and weak. And a pussy attitude isn’t going to get me where I want to be. It’s about time I got my shit together anyways wouldn’t you say? Hahaha.

Why the hell are you eating dry chicken ? AD or not, there are still ways to cook where it isn’t a chore to eat.
Regarding workout nutrition… I’m debating on whether I should use gatorade powder (dextrose) or waxy maize pre and post workout. Both are cheap and easily available to me, but which one would you guys recommend?

Uh-oh Stuntman… Looks like the final stretch in our little race is going to be tight. I’m half inclined to just cut this diet short so I can shovel food down my throat and hit 315 in a few weeks, haha.
Haha yezzir. I promised Bug that I’ll max out in 2 weeks, after my deload, to see where I’m at. If I hit it by the end of the year I’m satisfied…but I’d be even more satisfied to beat ya to it…
Even if you use to diet as an excuse ![]()

Little extra money?
Fuckin corn starch costs less then dirt. Make your playdough shakes for cheap, son
Just ordered some raspberry Biotest Surge Recovery. Been a while, usually go with Original flavor, last time I thought raspberry was a bit sweet, lets see if I still think that.
Lmao, how does a corn starch shake taste?

SSC - put the cardio in the AM man. I am now forever a believer in morning fasted cardio over PWO cardio.
Yeah, fasted AM cardio is great, but I don’t quite have the time yet. Like, I’m all done with my 9 o’clock classes this week and will be done altogether after next week, so I’ll have much more time for it. Plus, I need to figure out a quick route here. I don’t have the comfort of just midnlessly wandering through my neighborhood back home. I’m in the city now, so keeping a constant motion going is going to take some planning.
Anyway, I’ll start getting back into it after this week for sure.

You like those seated db powerclean? I’m doing them on my shoulder days as well.
I do enjoy them. I try to progress but I don’t beat myself up if I don’t. I don’t use them for that reason, just for pre-hab.
bugeishaAD wrote:
SSC, any diet progress pics?
No. ![]()
Probably won’t be any for some time. My roommates has one the only working internet connection on his computer. Don’t have my camera. Don’t have a computer to load the camera on. Oops.
It’s going well-ish, but I’ve had a really incredibly appetite the last few days. I’m not eating bullshit, just a LOT of “clean” foods.

Nope, still sweet.

Yeah, I ate like 900cals of almonds today…

Yeah, but thats what I like best about Surge now, its like dessert I get to have on workout days.
Smashed some vagina before work and smashed the weights during work. I love my job. I have the freedom to take off in the middle of my shift to lift. Pretty good day.
HS Flat Bench
250x16RP
Standing Mil Press
115x17RP
Machine Tri-Pushdowns
190x19RP (that’s the stack)
Close Grip Chin-Up
BW+10x19RP
Kroc Rows
110x15SS
That was my first time doing Kroc rows. I never really do single arm back work. Could that be why my back was tightening up on the Kroc rows? The weight wasn’t necessarily heavy. The tightness in the back made me cut it short for my working set. My buddy suggested that I have a weak core(although I believe I have a respectable deadlift). It’s possible, but I’m leaning towards the fact that I don’t really do any single arm back work, and my first attempt at Kroc rows. Thanks for any insight.
PR’d on everything again.
