Toilet paper last me fucking AGES man. I mean I brought 30 rolls in Feb and am still on the same packet. Soon as you have a woman in the house, that shit just disappears. 1-2 rolls a day. How much paper do they need to wipe their fucking urethra or whatever the fuck the pee hole is called.

I couldn’t really tell ya how much I use cause like I said before there are six people in my house including myself. However I use quite a bit of tp wiping my ass. There is nothing worse than being at work with an itchy ass.
It’s has been my experience that the people that hate crossfit are the ones that cannot do it, I credit crossfit for helping me break through slumps and healing injuries. Like I said I have been mixing crossfit with powerlifting and seeing great results, I love heavy lifting to death and am good at it but crossfit is and always will be harder than any weightlifting.
Shit I know crossfit instructors weighing 185, 5 percent bf, and can deadlift more than me. All I’m saying is anyone that can walk up to a pole and hold themselves perpendicular to it is a badass

I’m pretty liberal with the TP, as well.
My roommate last year didn’t have to use more than 1-2 squares on his ass. Ever. He said most times he didn’t even have to wipe, but does “just in case”.
His shits also last less than a minute, including hand washing time. Damndest thing I ever saw.
He could also suck air into his ass to fart at will, indefinitely.
Long time lurker in the BOI, decided it was time to man up and start posting. And what beter way to start then with a leg workout…
Back Squats
135x8
185x5
225x3
280x6 (+5 pounds, same reps)
215x20 (+10 pounds, same reps)
Lying Leg Curls
70x8
100x5
130x3
150x5
110x10
Walking DB Lunges
50’s x 9 steps per leg x 2 sets
Smith Machine Calf Raises
135x10
225x10
255x10
Austin, I’ll be sure not to disappoint the fans and post whatever goes down, good or bad.
I’m NOT making any excuses, but I do want to preface tomorrow’s workout with pointing out that my bench workouts have sucked royal balls the last 2 weeks (went from 335 x 4 to 315 x 4 last saturday lolol).
So we’ll see what goes down. I’ll prob warm up, 135, 225, 275, then 315 for a single, 335 for a single, and then see how I’m feeling. Either go for 350 or 365 or both from there.
Pray for me. ![]()

Well right now I hit everything 2x a week…I’m just wondering if I would be better off finding a way to hit everything 2x a week except back. Does anyone think this would actually leave more growth room for my other muscles? Or I can just keep hitting everything 2x a week lol. Is it possible for your back to get too big and look bad? I haven’t ever seen that…just like arms/shoulders.
I’ll fool around with some split ideas and see if I can figure one out that would make sense. If not then fuck it. lol
Worked up to 100kg Front Squat today woo !
Rack Chins are coming along nicely +10kg’s for 8 reps.
Tomorrow is the last day of only 60 seconds rest so hopefully MANY more PR’s to come !
Front Squats are replacing RGBP as my favorite exercise. Once i learned to put my knees out i really got the hang of them !
Up to 30kgs on my EZ-Curl bi-ceps were pumped to all hell with it !

Have you thought about 3x a week for chest/arms then? I have no experience in training a bodypart this often, but have heard about others doing it.
But I doubt not training back would help other muscles get bigger.
And no, your back can’t be too big. It’s not like you walk around lat spreading anyway. Or do you?
Did Bench/assistance today, pretty good session.
Flat Bench Press 205lb 4x3reps, 1x1rep
Smith CGBP 140lb (on bar) 2x6-8reps
Skullcrushers 65pd 2x6-10reps
(Going to switch these out for Dips, skulllcrushers have been bothering my shoulders a bit, I think that might be why I can’t progress on these, we’ll see how Dips feel)
Abs
Bench Press Unracks 235lb
Pretty good session. Going tricep emphasis on my assistance exercises because I think that might be my weak point right now in the bench press. I’m just adding in the Bench Unracks so I can get used to feeling heavier weights, so when I go for a weight PR it might not feel as heavy. Don’t know if they’ll work but they can’t hurt to put them in the end of the workout for a while.
I’ll be praying for you bug. Although i’d like to be the big dog I still want to see you suceed. Also man my bench plumetted to 315 for 4 a few weeks ago but went up next workout and I hit a pr.

Dunno if I can say this without sounding full of myself…and perhaps its just my particular lat insertion points, etc. But if you look at my relaxed back shots (most recent one is from late July) in my profile it looks wider than a lot of people’s lat spreads.
Jacked Diesel, are you Diesel Wiesel? or is that someone completely diferrent?
Yesterday was back day
Rack Pulls
315x8…could’ve gotten two more but I got a huge lower back pump. I’m gonna go for 5 reps next time.
I did these once before in winter and I only got 275 twice.
Rack chins
bwx8
x5 first time doing these. Are you guys just asking somebody to place a dumbell on you when you do these?
DB rows
105x8 PR…five pounds more, two less reps. Happy with this because last time I did dn rows first and got 100x10
BB shrugs
315x4…two reps less from last time. Traps were killed after rack pulls though
Today was a weird day. I figured out my rat problem. Just need to find some rat traps now to kill them fuckers! They will pay for their crimes!
Good day in the gym again. A little disappointment, but still pretty good.
DB Flat Bench
80x24RP
Hammer Strength Shoulder Presses
140x22RP <<First time doing these, and I actually felt a burn in my delts for the first time in a LONG time.
CGBP
165x12RP <<Same weight but 4 reps less. After doing the HS Shoulder Press I felt a burn in my Tri’s as well as my delts, I’m pretty sure this led to the decrease in reps here. Kind of disappointed but still stoked about the shoulder presses.
Rack Chins
25x22RP <<I think I might be doing these wrong. What is the angle you want your arms compared to your body while doing these? I’m pretty sure mine were perpendicular to my body. At the end I started to feel a burn in my Bi’s, which leads me to believe I had the angle wrong. So any help here would be awesome. Thanks!
HS Low Row
230x17RP
All in all a pretty decent workout. I finished it of with some stamina type lower back exercises. Feelin’ good. Cheers!
(ps:My only problem with Cross Fit is that they are hogs…)
Just updated my training log, great fucking day, check it out here:
Sorry bug ;/

I put the dumbbell on myself and sit in a squat position, strap up one arm at a time and prop up my legs on one side of a decline bench and away i go. Or you can take a straight curl bar with whatever weight you use and try that. I have done that from time to time. Yet I like using a DB better.
Then again I’m only using like 60-70 lbs ATM. So I imagine some help will might be needed once I get up to the 100s…
I am totally wiped out. I am going to eat as much as I can today to keep the energy flowing.
Incline bench in the smith
(110kg) 242lb x 8, 4, 2 (14RP plus an additional rep on each rest-pause where I needed some assistance geting the weight up)
DB Shoulder Press
(32.5kg) 71.5lb x 9, 2, 2 (13RP, fuck me I seriously need a lifting partner to help me get the weights into place on the second and third legs of the RP)
CGBP in the Smith
(85kg) 187lb x 12, 6, 4 (22RP)
Rack Chins
BW plus (15kg) 33lb x 8, 4, 3 (15RP)
Kroc Rows
(57.5kg) 126.5lb DB x 15 each arm
(30kg) 66lb DB x 22 each arm
Weighed in this morning at (110kg) 242lb on the dot.

I spent about half an hour anytime I go to the toilet as I have built up a huge reading collection which is set up in the bathroom. Drives my girlfriend nuts.
