Lighten the load on the chest stretch, shoot for 1 min at least (1.30 if you can get it, haha). Duration is more important than weight when doing weighted stretches… You’ll work back up over time, anyway.

Those DB rows and hammer curls look surprisingly light compared to your other lifts… Just a back-off thing/tired after the first two exercises?

So I fucking knew I was feeling good this week lifting wise and expected a good weigh in. As usual Wednesday morning is weigh in and I’m happy to say I hit 210. =)

Just so no one asks about my big weight gain jumps the last couple weeks I started a 4 week cycle of Tren/TT-40 like 2.5 weeks ago which will be followed by 4 weeks of Tren/AH-89 all by American Cellular Labs. Since starting the cycle I’ve had some good weight gain jumps, from 203 to 207 and now from 207 to 210. I have my post cycle stuff all ready also, its nice having a friend who does this stuff for a living. :slight_smile: Dietician / Supplements / Etc…

Thanks man, if things keep going the way they are I might just say fuck it and go all out until I hit about 250 before I decide to diet down and get ripped. My original plan was to hit 220-230 and then diet and decide from there where to go next depending how I ended up looking…but with things going as they currently are I’m really considering just going until I hit 250.
