To be honest, I have no idea. Knee tenonosis has stopped me from doing conventional deads for a while. Even that rack pull was all back.
The most I ever did off the ground in the past was 445.

Can’t wait until I can start training legs again…

Notes: Bench is pain free, but still a little weird for me, squat flexibility is ALMOST there. It’s certainly getting better every day, so that is a good thing.

The gym JB (real name Jared, so go rape him too) works at doesn’t even have a bar to do dislocations…what shit. Anyway I’ve been using a towel back at the dorm and they go alright.

I had to shout and scream and encourage JB with (it’s all you man) on a set of 95 for curls in the squat rack, he couldn’t have hit that double without me.

Weighed in at 228 at the gym, which is a good and bad surprise. Good as in I hadn’t gotten as fat as I think, and I haven’t noticed anything in the mirror, but bad as in I’ve gained 11 pounds this month. Fucking college. 230 is the official cut off.

I am without any tv, internet or phone service as my verizon fios is not working.

It will be a week before we can have a technician come to our house to resolve the issue.

So until then, train hard guys.

Bought 2 bottles of the L-leucine, excited to see if that works out half decently. I’m having trouble getting more food down my throat (threw up from eating too much last night) without it coming back up, so it’s hard getting enough down to grow. Man I wish my metabolism would slow down just a liiiiittle bit.

So last night i did HIIT simply because i enjoy it, its good for me and i strongly believe it helps with gaining tissue!

Today is delts/tris and probably bis - im still feeling my way with this split a bit. for example i had planned to train my hammies along with quads but there was no way that was happening due to the intensity of my quad workout. Im a lover of lower body training so i want to give my hammies just as much intensity as my quads.

Thanks for the compliment on the back shot, that’s pretty old now actually - taken at about 187 and I’m at 207 currently. But not nearly as lean…lol

I wont be able to post my logs until Monday probably, maybe sunday night but rest assured I have hit it thursday, friday, and today. wrong choice of actors, honestly they probably should have gone for bruce willis instead of marky mark, also mila kunis was another terrible choice, she’s cute and all but I can’t picture her being the character they were trying too portray. Also the story line was pretty average and predictable, and dialogue terrible.

I never played max payne 2, max payne 1 was a pretty fun game
