Haha thanks! I’m kind of scared of it now even though they fixed it…what happens when I’m doing my Smith RGB’s with 585?! Not that that will be anytime TOO soon…I mean, that’s at least a few months away.

why does no one where those clown pants anymore haha??

You think anybody wants a roundhouse kick to the face while I’m wearing these bad boys?

How exactly did you break the crunch machine? LOL[/quote]

They usually take something like 45-50lbs, but by loading weights around the handles I’m able to load up some more 45’s. Obviously the 1 inch metal bar that would support my torso and those plates didnt agree that this was a good idea…
The thing broke in the middle of a rep, and suddenly the machine had quite a different feel to it, and I was wondering what that loud fckng snapping sound was…

C_C: Nice list! Give me a year to get my strength and lean body mass up to par and I’ll cross off one item from the list per DC-blast. I’ve been dangerously close to accomplishing the “shitting myself during squats”-item, actually.

As I sit here sipping my Surge, I’ll log my last three workouts. This will take a while.

Good Morning
95x5x5

Good session, blah blah.

Ok, so I’ve been thinking. Since I’m home until the first week in January, why not skip testing for this cycle, and just bump my maxes a little and jump into another one. While I’m home I can sleep all I want, eat all I want, and not have any stress effect me. Why would I waste a week just maxing out, when I can put it to good training use?

So I’m going to finnish this 4 weeks, add 20lbs to my squat, 10 lbs to me bench and deadlift, and go right into Sheiko 37. After that I’ll test and we’ll see where it takes me.

ok, I think ive rigged my computer so that I if I make no attempt to open any other programs besides the internet, then i can get it to function long enough to post on T-Nation.

Never let a girl spill wine directly into your labtop guys, it just royally fucks things up, I dont care how good looking or how naked she is.

Better then how my buddy messed up his though, he got drunk and in the middle of the night and took a piss all over it. He had the sense to report it stolen though, the best part is he’s going to school to be an insurance salesmen, what a crook.

CC, almost spit coffee out my nose at the “Make Flex Wheeler cry” joke, my mind went right to him crying while telling everybody that he got attacked by ninjas.

Ill post my leg session here in a bit, gotta go find my workout journal.

Scratch my last two gameplans.

I’m going to go straight into the 5 week competition cycle with my accurate maxes.

Ya. this should be my final plan.

Had my last final today. Was a really shitty, gloomy day, and a lot of bad shit happened this weekend, so I really wasn’t feelin it and my warmups were ridiculously heavy but I did not bad.

Squats

135lbs x 6
225lbs x 6
275lbs x 5
315lbs x 5
365lbs x 6
smith machines were gonna be taken up for awhile, so I did a second set
335lbs x 8

Romanian deadlifts

225lbs x 10
315lbs x 10
365lbs x 10

Lying leg curls

90lbs x 10
120lbs x 8
155lbs x 10 + 5 + 4 (19RP)

Leg extensions

130lbs x 10
260lbs x 32 (destruction)

I had a lot of time and frustration to kill so I did lots of diff. calf work for like 25-30 minutes and did some heavy ab work.

Weighing like 216. Cheers boys.

i tore my boxers doing squats. it was with like 135 though so hope that counts

i havent been to the gym since tuesday. ive been at school hours upon hours and i dont think it was much use anyway. i spent at least 7 hours there today just doing an exam and an online quiz with 13 questions twice. i actually got a lower score when i did it with my tutor than i did by myself like a month ago when i just guessed half the shit. then i did it with an asian girl next to me and got an 80 something, only ones i got wrong were the ones some dude tried explaining and royally fucked. but he was tutoring vectors and shit too so idk, maybe people who tutor calculus just really suck at algebra

i have one paper to finish which i started tonight but am too exhausted to finish in its entirity, hopefully i can do it tomorrow so i can actually go to the gym.

bug youre strong as hell man.
i wish i was as strong as you.
but at the same time looked twice as good.

xD

Today’s Legs

Leg Press:

765x10, 585x20

Lying Leg Curl:

Knee is still bugging me from when I did those seated leg curls a few weeks ago, so I just did some real light weight stuff for rehab and then did some hyper extensions with a strait back.

Great progress on the Leg Press though!

Btw Bug, I weighed in 215 this morning…BW seems to be going down using the new methods but so far I’m still smashing my workouts each week and I’m down 4 lbs so it seems to be working. Will continue to monitor it and make sure I’m still progressing on my lifts, when that stalls I’ll up food intake.

Ok, I’ve been arguing with myself about what to do with my training for at least 2 hours.

I think I finally beat my ‘got to have it now’ ego thing. And can continue with the 5 week comp cycle.

My head is a fucking soap opera sometimes. I’d cut it off if it wasn’t so good at eating.

Konichiwa bitches. Destroyed it in the gym last night.

Rack pulls - 1" above knee
135x10
225x10
315x10
375x8
405x8
455x8
475x5
495x3
515x3
525x3
535x1
545x1
Fuck yeah. That’s more like it. I love rack pulls. No straps and no belt were used either. On the last couple of sets I felt like the lower part of my lats were going to rip right off my body. Awesome stuff.

T-Bar rows
1 plate - 10
2 plates - 10
3 plates - 8
4 plates - 4

wide grip lat pulldowns
60x10
60x10
60x10

bent over barbell rows
135x10
145x8
155x8

didn’t really want to do barbell rows but the gym was packed and i didn’t want to wait to for a bench for some kroc rows.

overall a great session. it’s awesome to hold 545 lbs in your bare hands. it’s also nice to know that my grip won’t be a limiting factor in deadlifts.

Nice job on the Rack Pulls dre, were you using a mixed grip for that or double overhand? I’d be very impressed if it was double overhand…if its mixed grip I would recommend straps over doing that, I prefer not to risk a bicep tear just to feel more “hardcore” lol.

It was mixed. I’m not sold on the mixed grip causes more bicep tears theory. If Andy Bolton deadlifts with a mixed grip, so can I. I’ve never felt anything in my biceps while pulling.

The 90+ percent of powerlifters pulling superheavy weight mixed who all tore a bicep or two don’t count?
