Good day overall. Took videos of alt. DB curls and pinwheel curls… I would have gotten the InHumans but I was going relatively lighter today. Whatever. I have to wait for my friend to come over with the USB cable and then I’ll make a quick vid and post it up.

Overall, real good day. I’ll get that video up later tonight… biceps went quite well. The 14 reps on the CGBP destroyed me and I almost went down early in the second RP set. good times.
As we were leaving my friend who is enormous (was 5th at NPC Junior Nationals last year) showed up and was doing biceps… god, makes me feel like a fucking infant. He was doing concentration curls with a 95… piece of shit.
