Wow, that’s craziness. I’d love to take some of it off your hands, but I don’t need THAT much all at once. lol

If I can get something worked out I’ll PM you, gunna talk to some of my friends and see if maybe they wanna pitch in together and split it. Don’t hold your breath though, I don’t have any friends that are as hardcore into this as myself. :frowning:

Week II
Workout 4: Quads & Hamstrings

Squats
135x12
195x10
235x8
255x6
260x6,6
BB Hack Squat
135x10
155x10
Leg extension
95x10
105x10
Single Leg extension
70x8

Lying leg curl
70x10
95x10 + 60x10

+= drop set

I was a bit out of it tonight but I managed a new PR on reps with the squat because I couldn’t add. The 255x6, I thought was 260…only five pounds but the goal was to hit 260x6 twice, which I did but with an extra set thrown in.

BB hack squats will take getting use to. I have to use 25’s next time so I can get more depth. The 45’s were messing with my groove. They kept hitting the floor during my reps.

Hmm, you can do BB hack’s pain free?
Wait 'till you get to the serious poundages…

Erm there’s one big problem though.
You only have one hamstring exercise dude, that’s asking for trouble.
Unless you have a second day for hammies…

Or am I missing something?

To be honest it’s the only exercise that I can do at home where I feel it in my hamstrings. I don’t train at a commercial gym. As for the BB hack squats I just started doing them so this was more of a feeler session but I do know I have to use smaller plates so I can maintain a groove.

You got mail.

I’m done with the gayness and am a tad annoyed that whenever gay gets brought up it leads back to me. But whatever.

Seriously thought, I like to have fun but there is a point where enough is enough.

Its funny…because you are seriously the one who dragged me into it. That’s my personal reason for always re-directing the gayness back at you.

Anyway, I am totally in agreement to drop all the gay stuff in here. Mike started a Gay BOI in SAMA anyway…if you want to be gay you can go there apparently.

My bad guys.

On a brighter note I helped my friend lift today and he got 340 for a single on a sumo deadlift the first time he every deadlifted.

My friend had trouble lifting 135 his first time… I won’t even mention his bench. :stuck_out_tongue: It’s two months later and he’s made a ton of progress though.

You’re welcome. Haha.

Yeah I think you were on last months total, I actually won 56:) You probably accounted for 24 of that yourself, it’s appreciated.

Alright now for real I’ll stop filling up your guys thread lol.

That’s nuts, I think I was around 200 or so my first time doing a proper conventional deadlift…I had previously been doing the strait leg rounding the back hardcore thingy…lol

Arms day today.

Standing BB Curls
75lbsx10
95lbsx6
85lbsx8
What. The. Hell. I’ve preacher curled more than this before, and it’s like 30lbs less than I curled last week… Jeez.

Preacher curls
Could hardly even curl 20lbs less than what I used last time, so I gave up.

Pinwheel Curls
45lbsx10
50lbsx10
60lbsx10

Close Grip Smith Bench
135x10
225x6 Jesus did I overshoot.
205x7
185x8
I’ll try not to make the same mistake next time

PJR Pullovers
70lbsx10
80lbsx8
70lbsx8

Tricep Pressdowns
Can’t remember the weight I ramped up with, but ended at:
120lbsx10
120lbsx9
120lbsx8

Standing Calf Raises

Well, I don’t know what the hell was up with my biceps, but I can safely say my triceps have never been this pumped before.

Are you eating enough man? You seem to be having quite a few “off” sessions…and not eating enough is the first thing I would suspect.

Yeah, I’m eating 4000-5000 cals a day. (Even as high as 6000)

Today wasn’t exactly an off day, I felt like I had energy. It’s just that my biceps in particular were shot. It was very weird…

Edit: Strangely enough, my arms grew 1/4 inch and I gained a few pounds since yesterday…

Just keep eating Vegg, keep training, and make sure you’re getting that sleep…are you currently taking anything to make sure you aren’t waking up in the night?

In other H4M news, I went out with my gun-expert uncle today, and bought an M-15…my very first gun. Can’t wait to (hopefully) fire it on Sunday.

Well, staying asleep isn’t a problem. It’s getting to sleep where I have trouble. I might start taking ZMA again, but it didn’t seem to have an affect last time I tried it.

Congrats on getting an M-15. :stuck_out_tongue: I’ve actually fired one before(or a variation of it) and it’s an awesome gun.

Thats a petty hefty piece of equipment for your first gun.
It’s not an AR-15 is it?

Anyays have fun!
I have a .22 and a 12 gauge that I shoot during the spring/summer.
Lots of fun, good hobby.

legs day today can’t be bothered posting it all so i’ll just post a few things

squats

90kgx8
110kgx8
130kgx8
140kgx3
150kgx1
155kgx1 pr
160kgx1 PR
100kgx20

  • massive 10kg pr and it went up pretty easily, problem is in the new gym the plates slide and the bar is massive, my other gyms membership is still valid for a bit so i may just do squats there until its over

then did light hack squats, and endless sets of legs curls and extensions
