Broken Scaphoid with Cast

ok so i think the subject says it all, i broke my scaphoid almost a year ago and now its casted which makes my lifts limited what are some lifts that i can do to work upper body with out stressing the bone, i will attach a photo of what the bone looks like for those who dont know what the scaphoid is. any ideas will be greatly appreciated thanks!

Basically it’s using ab straps on a cable setup.

There’s a school of thought (with some supportive studies) saying that you should keep training your healthy side as normal, with one-arm dumbbell lifts, hammer strength stuff, etc., as it may have some “carryover” to maintaining the injured side. Worth a shot as long as you don’t go way overboard and as long as your doctor has said you’re cleared to lift.

And, of course, you can keep training your legs with minimal change.
