Broderick Bunkley, Eagles DT

Broderick Bunkley, defensive tackle Philadelphia Eagles. He is listed as 6’2" 306. His neck almost looks photoshopped. Unreal.

As a side note, benched 225 44x at the NFL combine…

Hmmm… that is a big-ass dude. Too bad he’s a former 'nole.

BEAST.

Go Canes.

My god his neck is freaky as hell.

Its wider than his head.

He almost has a six pack at 306. That is ridiculous. Fucking monster.

Some people here would still call him “fat”. I mean, he must be at least 15% body fat…so he should start dieting immediately, right?

That to me is the perect bodyfat level for most of the year. Maybe a little more in the winter, maybe a bit less in the summer.

Not so lean that putting on muscle is compromised but lean enough that you look like you know what you’re doing.

Minus about 90lbs of muscle, that is about my current bodyfat levels, which is whay I said what I said above!

.

Anyone know what his 40 yd time is?

Hahaha!! The sad thing is, if this guy wasn’t a professional athlete, playing the position he plays, many people would agree with that statement. I on the other hand, would love to have the build that man has.

Of course, If I had a build like that I would Diet/Cut for shows because there is no way in hell I wouldn’t compete at his size. But then, if I did that I’d get slammed with massive steroid accusations.

He went to Chamberlain high school, my alma mater’s county rival.

Guy is and always has been a freak.

Nole, I go to FSU. What year are you?

Your avatar went to my high school. 'Cept back then she was a band nerd and didn’t have fake boobs.

Massive, no doubt about it and impressive as hell.

That said I don’t think I’d like my neck to be bigger than my head but maybe thats just me.

I think anyone who would agree he needs to diet now has a few screws loose. That is pretty much the point being made every time this topic comes up.

You don’t get that damn big without some major eating. It also wasn’t one smooth trip through some extreme level of rippedness.

As soon as anyone you know looks anywhere near that massive without bulking up to get there (take height into consideration…about 10lbs for every inch in height), let me know.

Agreed. Many people who would post with a decent amount of size but a moderate amount of bodyfat, say 15%, would get criticized to cut because he or she is too “fat”.

It most definitely was not one smooth ride. This guy was most likely a fairly large person in H.S. and continued to build his frame throughout his college years. Granted, he is a top notch athlete and had many people guiding him and helping him through his training, but to get as big as he as, he most definitely was not eating a Triscuit and a glass of water for every meal.

Someone his size, and his athleticism is probably consuming close to 6,000 calories a day. This just goes to show that to get big, you must eat.

Trust me, if I ever know someone like that you will be the first to know, but as of yet I have not met one, haha.

Dockett from the Cardinals works out at my gym, and he’s a monster, can’t imagine the guy above.

At a “heavier” weight to show he actually dieted some of the fat off to look like that.

Mind you, my comments are geared towards EXTREME changes in body weight and not someone with the desire to gain 5-10lbs of muscle.

I am also not saying anyone should get as heavy as he is in this picture just to make some gains in muscle mass.

I am simply showing that most of the people I have EVER seen who have made gigantic changes in muscle mass and body weight bulked up to some degree to do it.
