Crashed my E2 not too long ago so I’ve been avoiding anything “extra” that might keep it down.
I start every day with a shake: cheerios, kale, broccoli, sunflower butter, whey isolate powder, a banana, and oat milk. Emphasis on a LOT of kale and broccoli.
Do I need to worry about that at all?
Where is your E2 and how did you crash it?
Was 12.7 on my last test, which was done right before I took 12.5mg of aromasin. Was convinced I had high E2.
Well get rid of the AI and don’t worry too much about the veggies. D2 will come up and the veggies are good for you and NOT like an AI. You’d have to eat bushels to really affect the numbers significantly.

I agree with @NH_Watts completely.
On a side note though, I would drop that morning shake and find something else, based solely on the fact that it sounds like it tastes like shit! Lol
