I was able to pull 286 at a body weight of 143 today making a 22lb PR. This all with doing west side and no deadlifting for the last 6 weeks! I went for 301 but missed it about 6 off the ground, part of this was because of just being tired from doing more sets then normal but I’m sure part of it was just weakness.
I’m looking for ideas on bringing up my weakness at this point. So far I’ve picked up from BM’s recent post to work on my speed pulls some more to bring up explosiveness but anyother sugested exercises?
