Brief Dark Greyish Discoloration in Skin While Training - any ideas?
Any one else experience this? Did a search - couldn’t find this.
I’ve noticed lately that while I’m working a body part, most notably chest, as soon as I rack the weights (let’s assume I’m doing DB flat press), I see a grayish spotty discoloration on my chest skin. I thought it was the lighting in my training studio, but then I notice it goes away after 10 - 30 seconds. Yes I shave my chest, so it’s not a fur shadow. Doesn’t seem to matter what acute variables I’m using during that workout.
Could this just be capillaries ya think, just the same as larger vein vascularity shows and resides? Kind of freaked me out the first few times. I feel nothing wrong, just looks crazy while I’m working out. Noticed it on my delts and quads during those body part workouts also. Really looked like shadows or dirt, but then fades almost 99% until the next set. Completely gone after training finished and I’m rested.
