Was a beauty weekend. Worked in the yard right through. Got the chicken coop painted and the run scraped way down so we can add sand for better drainage this year…ready for the chicks coming on Wed! YAY! Also got quite a few of our side gardens done too! LOVE!

Ooo chickens! I remember when my parents kept chickens. We loved having the constant supply of eggs. Unfortunately, the bobcats and hawks loved eating our domestic egg suppliers…

Sony~ Thank you very much! :slight_smile: My back didnt begin to develop like that until I became very consistent with training and ALWAYS lifting as heavy as I could make myself that day. Also I found when I started adding things in for rear delts etc (more iso work) things started to fill in better.

RDL~ I decided to lower the weight again here as I struggled alot with the 185 last week and my stomach felt sick after the squats, lol. Still moved 760# more this RDL session then last session so its still an increase.

I was wondering while doing this what kind of horrid things J tortures himself with :confused:

~I havent weighed myself as a scale drop is not really what I am looking for right now (I figure I will check in in a week on that), but I have cleaned things up and it is always funny…when the water drops off my face always looks like skeletor.

~ oh and benching yesterday and BB squats today suck with a sunburn :smiley: Tho I LOVE that I can say I have one :love: summer!

So my ass and saddle bags are what I figure is my worst part. Its where I store ALOT of my fat. Its ALWAYS what I am uncomfortable with pool side.
(SO I might as well plop it up here for some motivation to continue eating nice :D)

BUT I wanted to point out that even tho I carry quite a bit of fat on there and by no means have a nice firm tush, glutes can look MUCH better with heavy squats and deads. Build some muscle on that baby and it has better shape! Lift heavy!

For the record, I see nothing about which you should feel “uncomfortable,” poolside or anywhere else!

This just needs to be here. She’s mighty, mighty… Not sure what sh@t has to do with it, that made me think of a porta-potty but maybe I’m just old. :slight_smile: You are carrying a lot of muscle, and look curvy and firm to me. And I love to see your OLY lifting. Your back looks fantastic, all the way down to your ankles, no fear. As for having a butt and thighs, it’s called Estrogen. Embrace it, Sista!

And dont get me wrong…I dont ‘hate’ it, just saying thats the place that could always use improvement in my eyes. Its the result of my tug of war with diet.
