forgot my gym bag at home and only had 40 min but I KNEW if I didnt get my workout in before I picked my daughter up from school it wasnt happening. So I bought some new gym clothes
Picked up some under armour pants and a T for biking (if it ever stops raining)

I lose my mind when I forget my gym bag/ stuff. It makes me almost just skip the workout and leave.
No water bottle= HOLY CRAP WHAT DO I DO?!?!?!?
No music= IM GOING TO KILL PEOPLE, But, I can manage a workout.
Just biking to and fro work, but did my first longer cycle today, my coccyx is all hurty. Ugh I had to do the gym thing without music too last week, only lasted 2 exercises, they have such shit music. I don’t know how you did such a long workout without it.

A discussion over the weekend with a group of friends. Only 2 of us out of the group work out in some way. Those who dont think people who train consistently are vain. We both thought that working out consistently was more about quality of life.
Sometimes I guess it makes me vain?I like the way I look now and work hard to improve that or at least maintain it, but it also makes me feel confident when I am strong and capable. I want to run I can. I want to pick something up I can. I want to get out of bed without moaning and groaning I can. I want popeye pipes I can

I almost always feel this way. I can almost hear the inaudible groans of my friends when I talk about how I went up on one lift or another (-__-)
I actually dont even talk about lifting to anyone anymore (unless its brought up) Its like some big dark secret in my life

I saw a buck, 2 bunnies, a drunk man with one eyeball, what looked to be a buffalo head hanging from someones tractor, 3 evil farm children, 1 red neck mother, and about 50 beer cans along the road.
HAHAH it felt that way. I am taking my husband out there to see if it was a buffalo head. It wasnt a moose because the nose was not long. It had antlers tho. Weirdos!!

15 min on the treadmill intervals with various speeds and inclines.
Been thinking that perhaps its time to stop trying to ‘grow’. I know thats really diet based, but I think maybe I need to get out of the rep ranges I am working in and go more 12-15 reps.
Its hard tho because I feel really badass playing with the big DB’s and what not and when I feel bad ass I feel good about myself but I swear some days I am the biggest one in the gym. And I am the only girl
