What a fuckin day! Is it a full moon or did everyone just loose their minds because of this never ending winter?
Today was test my max day. I have a few things to say.
- I am fairly happy with my total as this is the first time I have EVER tested all 3 in one day. And I lived, lol. I have been meaning to do this for years!
- I am disappointed in my maxes, but should not be surprised that they declined given my period of farting around.
- Even tho I am disappointed in my maxes I figure they are not too bad for having farted around for so long and I imagine they will come along fairly quickly. (lol contradicting huh?)
- The gym was really crowded with weirdos today

It still baffles me that I have a stronger front squat than back squat.
Both fails, even tho I failed them very gracefully, I gave 2 separate dudes a heart attack
I saw them almost drop their weights until they realized I was ok with everything!

This is also the first time I have asked for a spotter in a gym. On my last lift the guy racked the bar before I locked out so I wont even call it. I was pretty bummed out, but I guess he was nervous. Next time I will tell who ever not to touch it unless I say. I also had to listen to all of his stories and how I would do better if I took a preworkout sup ![]()
