Was this self-esteem thing recent? From what I can see your awesome quotient (self motivated, strong, high sassy factor, purty) seems high.

If it’s not obvious: weight in kg / repetition number / number of sets

Friday’s workout

Sunday’s workout
run 2km

Benching - so my shoulders are double jointed (see pic) I think it makes doing anything with my arms really difficult because I don’t know where to hold my trap together - high low, it all works. I hear/feel a grinding noise coming from right rotator/ant delt area, so I think I am going to stop deads for a while and work strictly with body weight - dips/pull ups. Any suggestions/warnings for double jointed shoulder issues??
bar x 10r x 2s

25kg x 8 x 3
30kg x 5 x 4

creepy double jointed WTF arms

“manly” arms :stuck_out_tongue:

can anyone else do that creepy shit with there shoulders, and does it make lifting a bit more complicated? I think it does for me…especially benching.

ew on the double jointed!

and not manly arms. sexy strong arms. me likey.

as for fixin your freak, I have no clue. my freak doesn’t tend to affect my lifts.

I have no idea how to ‘flex good’. lolz I look like a tard. regret photo!

not *THAT tiny!!

Bre, for starters, your shoulders’ flexibility is not that uncommon. You’ve got long limbs, so movements like the bench press will be a bit more difficult.

And I don’t think I need to tell you that “retard” doesn’t come to mind at all. More like “giggety-giggety!” And nice pajama bottoms, btw.

New here, Bre, just wanted to say “This ^^^^” and you’re wicked strong. Your log is fun to read. I’ll be following too
