My hammie is on the mend too and as much as it kills me to not do any lower body work, its for the best…altho I’m now convinced that my leg muscles are slowly atrophy-ing and that my ass is getting beyond flabby…waaaaahhh…whatever.

hey hotstuff, I am not convinced my ass is atrophied, because at LEAST i have rowing and back extensions and quad and calf machines and tango. BUT, yeah, I injured myself ‘squatting like a duck’ as I was instructed by the 80s german worldmeister…I changed my form and went from 30kg to 70kg squat in like…a week and then it went …ssshhhhrrred. Now it’s still a bit sore all the time, but I’m just going to have to wait for it to get better. My deads were also up to 80kg. I miss that. I have to be careful with benching too because I hear something in my right shoulder…GRRRRRRRR.
